I have a great room in my home to rent out for Sept. 1st. It’s perfect for a student although anyone would like it. I would like to rent it out for a minimum of four months OR longer.
The building is amazing and has an amazing location. It is located 5 min from Scarborough town center, there is a bus stop right in front of the building, there is also a plaza with all types of restaurants and places also 5 min away. the building has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, bbq area beside the pool, tennis courts, squash, volleyball and badminton courts, it also has some ping pong and billiards tables. The building also has a great fitness gym (with new equipment) a bowling alley, cafeteria, library, and a party room. Our home is a newly renovated condo with dishwasher, laundry, microwave, stove, hot water kettle, toaster, and grill. There is a dinning are and a living room, and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The renter would be taking the master bedroom with her own private bathroom. The living room also has a new big plasma screen TV and leather sofa bed couches.
The rent will include everything from cable, internet, heat and hydro, ac and building maintenance fees.
I’m a 21 year old student in the University of Toronto Scarborough, and would like to share my home with another female.
